Our Staff

Tim Hobbs – Senior Pastor

Pastor Tim Hobbs has served as our pastor since 1992. Tim is married to Susie and has five children and five grandchildren. He is a big Razorback fan – football, basketball and baseball. He loves music, reading and the outdoors. He is a 1980 graduate of Alma High School. He has a degree in business from John Brown University and a Masters of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Tim has a love for preaching and teaching the Word of God. He was saved at the age of 19 at the First Baptist Church of Cedarville under the ministry of Garland Hobbs (not related). He felt the call to ministry shortly after and has served as a youth pastor, worship leader and pastor.

Michael Lloyd – Youth Pastor

Michael Lloyd is a homegrown youth pastor. He grew up in our youth ministry under the leadership of James Cunningham. He is married to Hope and they make a wonderful ministry team.

Michael is a graduate of County Line High School. He works for Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperatives as a lineman.

Michael serves our 7th – 12th grade students. He preaches and teaches on Wednesdays during our youth service. He has a great heart for young people and for the Lord. We are thankful for he and Hope.
